MIX - Pick and Mix Course Description
The following training modules can be combined into 0.5 to 1 day sessions as required:

| Communication skills Looks at improving communication skills (written, verbal and body language) and specifically how to improve communication with clients and senior management. |

| Managing the Team Covers the key skills of team management: motivation, communication, discipline and delegation. The role-playing exercises are based on real project situations and re-enforces the lessons learned. |
2 hours |
| Managing the Client This valuable module provides an approach to building sound working relationships with clients and an understanding as to why relationships can easily breakdown. The role-playing exercises demonstrate how to gain/regain client confidence. |

| Negotiation Skills Outlines the four stages of negotiation and provides practical experience. Video based. |

| Earned Value Analysis Covers the use of EV analysis and reporting for tracking project progress and costs. |
