The Project Manager
How the Project Manager influences the success or failure of the project, and the skill base required to manage effectively.
The Organisation
How factors outside the Project Manager’s sphere of influence impact project delivery, and how an organisation can be more focussed on project success.
Selling Projects
Why issues arising during the sales process can influence the final outcome of the project. How to estimate the amount of project management effort required to manage a project successfully.
Suppliers
A look at the impact major suppliers can have on the outcome of projects, and how to improve management of suppliers.
Client
A look at the impact the client has on the outcome of projects and the key issues to be addressed. A look at typical contractual failings and the key components of a robust client contract.
