Milestone Management Services Ltd provide corporate Project Management training and consultancy.
The prices and services listed here are effective from 1st January 2006. Milestone Management Services reserves the right to alter these.
Training Costs and Services
The lecturing price is £990 per day (or £600 per 1/2 day). This means that for a course with 10 delegates, the cost per delegate is £99 per day - an extremely cost effective way of training staff.
All course materials are included in the price.
Courses can be run on the client's own UK site, if a suitable training environment is available, or alternatively at a suitable off-site location. Where applicable the tutor's travel and/or accommodation expenses will be chargeable.
If off-site conference facilities are used, the client is liable for all associated costs and any delegate expenses.
Course customisation prices are subject to quotation.

Consultancy Costs and Services
Consultancy prices are subject to quotation.
Where applicable the consultant's travel and/or accommodation expenses will be chargeable.
Project Management Skills Assessment
Milestone Management can carry out PM skills assessments to determine the training requirements within your organisation, or to assist in the recruitment of new project managers. A full report is provided showing strengths in team management, client management, self management, problem management and ownership, negotiating, decision making, risk management, project control and contract management. Prices range from £50 per individual assessment to £200 for 5 assessments.
